I went to The Glen to eat at one of their fabulous restaurants and dropped by at Irelax massage chair showroom. I reported that there’s screeching sound when I use OGAWA massage chair I bought more than a year ago. Raymond, who attended to me at that time said he’s also the technician of IRELAX so he booked me straight away for the following week. He rang me to confirm the time without me following up. He turned up to my house promptly and fixed the problem which was just minor and not costing me a cent.

I normally follow up with this sort of purchase but, it was so easy and smooth sailing with Raymond. I wish all businesses are like this after selling their products.

Not only that, I wasn’t prompted to do a review. I did it of my own accord as I am sincerely happy.

It’s much better than all the other chairs I’d experienced. I had a Thai massage with stretching and I really enjoyed it.
