Jin did a great job in explaining all the features of 2 high end massage chairs. We tried many different massage chairs but selected the D Core because it felt the closest to a professional massage. It is manufactured in Japan, looks like a beautiful piece of furniture with solid oak side, and has great reviews.

Jin was great to deal with from start to finish and delivery was prompt and straightforward. It was not cheap but we are getting our money’s worth using this several sessions a day and guest love it. Highly recommend Jin at Irelax if you are in the market for a great massage chair.

Bought the OGAWA Master Drive AI 3.0 about two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The AI body scanning genuinely surprised me — it picks up on tight spots and adjusts the program accordingly, rather than just running a generic routine. I’ve especially loved the Thai massage mode and the lower back focus mode, both have been exceptionally helpful for the tension I carry there. The 4D rollers feel remarkably close to real hands, and the zero-gravity mode combined with the heat therapy is the perfect way to unwind after work. It’s also much quieter than I expected for something with this much going on mechanically.

Just as important was the service from Jin. He was always keen to answer any questions we had, never rushed us, and followed up proactively once the chair shipped to keep us updated. The installation was prompt and handled really professionally.
