I recently purchased the OGAWA BioVis 5D massage chair from Irelax Adelaide, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision!

As I get older and continue working long hours, I’ve come to realize more and more how worthwhile it is to own a good massage chair. Since I was going to buy one, I felt it was important to choose one with great value for money, comprehensive features, and stretching functions. I often experience discomfort in my neck and lower back, so the neck and lower-back massages, along with the stretching function, are especially important to me.
This 5D massage chair also lets me watch TV and listen to music while enjoying a massage. Combined with the lighting effects, it looks especially high-tech and luxurious at night ✨ To me, it’s simply the “Ferrari” of massage chairs! 🏎️

As I was particularly focused on my neck and lower back, I eventually chose the OGAWA 5D Biovis. I really loved the stretching, targeted massage and the traditional Chinese massage techniques built into the programs. Every movement felt precise and really hit the right spots.

What impressed me even more was the service after the purchase. Jin and his team took care of everything from delivery and installation to setup and testing. Jin kept me updated throughout the whole process and was always patient whenever I had questions.

We bought the massage chair about 10 days ago it is easy to use my wife enjoy it very much . After the delivery Jin came to installed it and patiently show us how to use it. Thanks Jin for recommended it to us.

Jin did a great job in explaining all the features of 2 high end massage chairs. We tried many different massage chairs but selected the D Core because it felt the closest to a professional massage. It is manufactured in Japan, looks like a beautiful piece of furniture with solid oak side, and has great reviews.

Jin was great to deal with from start to finish and delivery was prompt and straightforward. It was not cheap but we are getting our money’s worth using this several sessions a day and guest love it. Highly recommend Jin at Irelax if you are in the market for a great massage chair.

Bought the OGAWA Master Drive AI 3.0 about two weeks ago and couldn’t be happier. The AI body scanning genuinely surprised me — it picks up on tight spots and adjusts the program accordingly, rather than just running a generic routine. I’ve especially loved the Thai massage mode and the lower back focus mode, both have been exceptionally helpful for the tension I carry there. The 4D rollers feel remarkably close to real hands, and the zero-gravity mode combined with the heat therapy is the perfect way to unwind after work. It’s also much quieter than I expected for something with this much going on mechanically.

Just as important was the service from Jin. He was always keen to answer any questions we had, never rushed us, and followed up proactively once the chair shipped to keep us updated. The installation was prompt and handled really professionally.

Two weeks in, this has genuinely become part of my daily routine. Highly recommend both the chair and asking for Jin if you’re checking out the Irelax showroom.
