This is the Sydney flagship store. In 2022, I bought my first Master Drive from Irelax online as they didn’t have a shop in Sydney.Two weeks ago, I saw that Ogawa launched the new 5D Biovis AI, so I came to the Sydney flagship store to try it out.I feel this is currently the best massage chair in Sydney.The staff and manager provided excellent service and were very patient, allowing us to try out various modes.The experience was amazing! 👍 would definitely recommend it to relatives and friends.

Ordered an electric massager with the store and the order hasn’t even be picked up after 18 days of ordering. They are doing delivery with Cruiserplease company which is not reliable that I have lost my orders 3 times with their delivery service. The staff at the store do not have much knowledge of the order progress and are not able to provide much support in terms of the order.
