All items are dispatched within 3 working days after you place your order, provided you order before our daily cut-off time which is usually 4PM.

Massage Chair Free Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping to metro areas in the cities where we have a physical showroom.

For the other addresses, and locations outside of city delivery zones, there’s extra fee required.

The shipping excludes the installations of Massage Chairs and Massage Sofas.

Note: Please provide your complete delivery address at checkout. There is an estimated cost to be considered at checkout. We cannot deliver massage chairs to a PO box address due to the size & weight of the products.

We reserve the right to determine the final shipping cost based on your exact delivery address.

Before placing your order, we strongly recommend discussing your location and shipping arrangements with our team via online chat or email to ensure clarity and avoid delays.

 

Portable Massagers Free Shipping Policy

We provide free shipping of the portable massagers national wide, with a shipping cost limit of $30.

You will be requested to cover the rest of the shipping cost if it is over the budget.

 

Delivery timeframe – What is the delivery time?

After placing your order, you will be contacted when we are planning to deliver your massage chair order. Our delivery targets are based on working (AU business) days that are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 6pm, (excluding AU public holidays). The day you purchase the item from our stores is counted as “day zero”. If you purchase the item from our stores on the weekend or a public holiday, day zero will be the next working day.

Saturday, Sunday and Australia public holidays are not counted during delivery, so if they occur during your items travel time, it will take longer.

If, there is no stock available at your chosen store, our team will transfer the stock from another store or our distribution center to your local store free of charge. Transfer s typically take approximately 5-10 working days and you will be contacted as soon as the item is in store and ready for collection.

We reserve the right to refuse orders or negotiate delivery fees.

The massage chair will be delivered by the freight company for the areas where if we do not have a store. You can find how to do the installation from the Manual book or visit www.irelax.com.au
