Excellent service by Rick & Irene in Karrinyup.

After much comparison with other chairs, we bought the HealerX. Irene was very helpful & knowledgeable.

The chair was more comfortable & wider than others brands we had tried. The features were also much superior for the price. Rick delivered promptly & explained the features thoroughly.

I prefer the shoulder & neck massage & my husband, the Ultimate guardian. So now, I close the blinds, put on some zen relaxation music, put on an eye mask & lie in the chair for a 20 minute meditation/relaxation session. Love my massage chair. Thank you ❤️

A huge shoutout to Rick — he is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different features, answered all our questions and gave us lots of helpful advice.

Narae was also so lovely and friendly. She patiently showed us the different machines and explained how everything worked, which really helped us choose the right chair for us.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! From the moment I walked up to the store, the service was top-notch. The lady who served me was super friendly, patient, and extremely sweet throughout the entire process. The quality of their massage products speaks for itself!!! absolutely fantastic! If you’re at Karrinyup Shopping Centre, definitely check them out. Find Narae! She’s helping me a lot
