Purchased the Ogawa 5D Bivios two weeks ago, and the whole experience has been amazing. Jin and his team installed it for me here in Adelaide, in scorching heat, and still worked like absolute legends. Professional, friendly, and super helpful — the iRelax team really goes above and beyond.
