Exceptional Service from Lawrence and Nia.

I am in the market for a massage chair and they have shown the utmost service to myself. Due to my work I have come into their store after closing hours and they have accommodated me. They never urge me to buy and have always ask me to try different chairs to find one that works for me.

This OGAWA below has gotten my vote. It’s spacious and has enough pressure for a deep tissue massage you get at your local Thai massage. It features many variations and works on neck all the way to your toes. It’s also wide and comfortable enough for recovery days. The machine also comes with firmware updates so you will get the most recent massage techniques.

Go see Lawrence or Nia. They are a absolute joy to deal with. 10/10

This was the first place I chose to visit to try out a massage chair after reading the excellent reviews, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and guided by Nia, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Nia took the time to explain the different massage chairs, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me find the right chair for my needs.

His demonstration was thorough and genuinely impressive — you could tell he really knows his product inside out. They actually encourage you to take your time and properly test the chairs, which makes a huge difference when you’re making a decision like this.

I went to Chatswood today to purchase the Healer X 4D massage chair. I tried several different brands, but in the end, I chose this one. The main reason is that its massage function feels much closer to an actual human massage, making it far more comfortable than the others.

Another key factor that helped us decide was the salesperson, Shirley. She was incredibly welcoming and professional, patiently answering all our questions and guiding us through the options. Her service really made a difference.

We wandered in on a whim and ended up having what my son described as “the best 15 minutes of the holidays — if not his entire life.”

Honestly, he’s not wrong. The massage chairs were incredible — nothing like the old ones that feel a bit pinchy or mechanical. These were completely different: intelligent, responsive, and genuinely relaxing. It felt like the chair actually understood where you needed it most.

The whole family tried them and we all came out feeling noticeably more relaxed (and slightly reluctant to leave!). The stretching, movement, and full-body experience were next level.
