Walked in today and try couple massages chairs, great experience with Jane on
and feeling a lot more relaxed afterwards. Would definitely recommend!

Hi Hello everyone. I’ve had the massage sofa at home for a couple of days now, and while I haven’t used it much yet, I can certainly say that the personalized service and over the phone—especially from Mr. Bower from IRELAX—was spectacular; he was kind and patient. I wish there were more people like you in the business and customer service Mr. Bower. Thank you very much.
300% recommended

Bought my first massage chair, the Master Drive AI 3.0, from iRelax and had such a great experience with Bowen.

He’s friendly, professional and really knows his products. Even after the purchase, he still checks in regularly to see how I’m going and if I need any help. Really appreciate that kind of service!

Thanks Bowen, highly recommend! 😊

Great showroom with a good range of OGAWA massage chairs to experience and compare. The team is knowledgeable, friendly and happy to explain the differences between the models. Definitely worth visiting and trying them in person if you’re looking for a quality massage chair.

Exceptional Service from Lawrence and Nia.

I am in the market for a massage chair and they have shown the utmost service to myself. Due to my work I have come into their store after closing hours and they have accommodated me. They never urge me to buy and have always ask me to try different chairs to find one that works for me.

This OGAWA below has gotten my vote. It’s spacious and has enough pressure for a deep tissue massage you get at your local Thai massage. It features many variations and works on neck all the way to your toes. It’s also wide and comfortable enough for recovery days. The machine also comes with firmware updates so you will get the most recent massage techniques.

Go see Lawrence or Nia. They are a absolute joy to deal with. 10/10

This was the first place I chose to visit to try out a massage chair after reading the excellent reviews, and I'm so glad I did. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and guided by Nia, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and professional.

Nia took the time to explain the different massage chairs, answered all of my questions with patience, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Her friendly attitude and product knowledge made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me find the right chair for my needs.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality massage chair and outstanding customer service. A big thank you to Nia for making my first visit such a positive experience!

Shirley and the team are lovely and the massage chairs are divine!!

Chris was absolutely fantastic! He took the time to walk us through all the features of the Healer massage chair with such knowledge and enthusiasm. His demonstration was thorough and genuinely impressive — you could tell he really knows his product inside out. On top of being incredibly informative, Chris was warm, kind, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Couldn't recommend the place highly enough!

Luxury massage chair shop! Love it!

Had a great experience at the iRelax massage chair showroom in Chatswood. What really stood out was how relaxed and pressure-free the whole process was. They actually encourage you to take your time and properly test the chairs, which makes a huge difference when you’re making a decision like this.

The setup is comfortable and well thought out, so you can genuinely compare models instead of doing a quick 2-minute sit like most places.

Big thanks to Kaho for looking after us — super knowledgeable, patient, and not pushy at all. Made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

If you’re considering a massage chair, definitely worth visiting this showroom first.

Excellent experience with Ogawa. The massage chair is great, and the experience service really stands out. Chris was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and handled everything professionally. Highly recommend the product and service.
